Head of Project Operations
BIO

Meet Gordy! Raised in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, Gordy developed an early appreciation for cities, housing, and the communities they support. He went on to study Urban Studies at UC Berkeley, where his passion for thoughtful development and housing solutions continued to grow.

Throughout his career, Gordy has worked across housing, construction, hospitality, and startup environments, specializing in operations and project management. He enjoys turning complex ideas into actionable plans and helping teams bring projects from concept to completion.

At Inspired ADUs, Gordy leads project operations, helping ensure every project moves forward with clarity, consistency, and care. He is especially passionate about expanding housing opportunities throughout the Bay Area and making the ADU process approachable and seamless for homeowners.

When he’s not at work, you can find Gordy on the basketball court, out for a run, or enjoying a good book. His long-term goal is to contribute to practical, community-focused housing solutions that make the Bay Area more livable, resilient, and inclusive for everyone.
