At just 750 square feet, the Union is designed for smaller lots that still want a comfortable, functional living space. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms packed into a smart, efficient layout, it’s perfect for homeowners who want to maximize livability without a large footprint.

We’re currently working to have the Union offered as a pre-approved plan in select Bay Area jurisdictions, making the permitting process faster and easier.

The Union also has a stacked duplex design option — simply place one unit above another to create a two-story layout. This configuration is ideal for generating rental income while keeping a compact footprint.
