Jeter is a true craftsman featuring many of its signatures, including shingled siding and exposed rafter tails. Its steep roof allows for a dormer that brings natural light into the space as well as more storage above the bathroom.

A wider version of earlier plans we’ve created, Jeter is a hit with our clients because its additional width allows for a larger u-shaped kitchen, a bigger living and dining room, as well as a spacious bedroom.

Featuring a dedicated workspace in the open-concept living area, as well as a ‘wet zone’ for washing, bathing, and cooking, Jeter can be turned parallel to the length of the yard or inward to create community with the main residence.
